Strength
Chrysalis Strength is designed to challenge every muscle group by using hyper focused movements and props, such as resistance bands and gliders to reach a point of complete muscle exhaustion. You will be asked to focus more on your body’s form and zone in on your core strength to guide you through every exercise, creating a stronger mind body connection.

Chrysalis Sweat class is a non stop, no prop endorphin rush. This class moves fast and combines barre techniques and dance cardio to create a detoxing, full body, fast paced workout that will leave you sweaty and rejuvenated.

Chrysalis Stretch is your chance to slow down and reconnect with your mind, body & breath. Each Stretch class includes a gentle warmup and intention setting, followed by a flow sequence, and ending with a meditation. Stretch is a great stand alone class if you are looking for a more gentle workout, or an add on to any of our other Chrysalis pillars.
